Sentiment
The sentiment page analyzes your video comments and turns them into a picture of how your audience feels - about your content, and about the brands that run on it.

Reading the top cards
Section titled “Reading the top cards”- Comments analyzed: how many comments Claritea has analyzed for sentiment across your videos
- Positive to negative: the ratio of positive to negative comments
- Episodes landing positive: how many episodes lean positive, among episodes with 30 or more analyzed comments
- Episodes fans loved: episodes rated very positive by commenters
Sentiment overview
Section titled “Sentiment overview”Two side-by-side breakdowns: Audience is your viewers’ overall opinion of your videos, and Sponsors is the opinion in comments that mention your sponsors. Each shows the positive, neutral, and negative split with the number of comments behind it.
Loudest praise and pushback
Section titled “Loudest praise and pushback”The most-liked positive and critical comments across your videos and sponsors, each linked to the video it was left on. These are the reactions your audience most agreed with.
Episodes by sentiment
Section titled “Episodes by sentiment”Your episodes ranked by net sentiment: the most loved videos on one side, the toughest crowds on the other. Only episodes with 30 or more analyzed comments are ranked, so a couple of stray comments cannot swing the result.
Sponsor standouts
Section titled “Sponsor standouts”The brand your audience loves most and the one drawing the most friction, at a glance.
All brand sentiment
Section titled “All brand sentiment”Every brand with analyzed comments, showing its positive, neutral, and negative split and how many videos the comments came from. Search for a brand, filter by sentiment, or change the sort. Brands with only a handful of comments show the raw counts instead of a rating, flagged as too few comments to rate.
On the Free plan
Section titled “On the Free plan”On the Free plan you see a sample of viewer quotes per video rather than the full set - a banner on the page tells you when that is the case. The analysis itself still runs across your comments; the Pro plan includes the full set of quotes.
